Councillor Hilary Bills serves the Halesowen North Ward on Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council.

Councillor Bills is Deputy Mayor of Borough for 2018/19 and serves on full Council meetings, the Appeals Committee, the Licensing and Safety Committee and the Halesowen North and Halesowen South Community Forum.  She is the secretary of the Friends of Hurst Green Park and treasurer of Shell Corner Partnership.
